Watch your word

Watch your word. Think and speak only positive things or statements about yourself and others.  This is very important!   Also, stop all criticism of yourself and others.  Get responsible for your mouth!

Take full and complete responsibility

Take full and complete responsibility for all your experiences including your addictive behavior and mental health issues.  Stop all blaming others for your situation in life.  Stop your guilt towards yourself.  You are responsible for everything that you think, believe, say, feel and do and all your experiences throughout the day!

Stay present to and aware of all of your choices

Stay present to and aware of all of your choices that you make throughout the day and their consequences.  Take responsibility for all of your choices. Make choices that are healthy for you.

Plan your work and work your plan

Plan your work and work your plan!  Develop and follow through with your daily transformation plan, especially for when you are discharged.  Start it now!  Do your plan daily.

Stay in touch with and be present to how you are feeling

Stay in touch with and be present to how you are feeling during the day!  Check out how you feel every hour!  How am I feeling now?

Articulate and share with another human being

Articulate and share with another human being (someone not you) how you are feeling and what you are thinking about.  Talk to your therapist, daily if needed.  Do not let how you are feeling or what you are thinking about build up without being expressed to another person.

Follow all of the suggestions of your therapist

Follow all of the suggestions of your therapist.  Remember, surrender and obedience is the key to transformation.  Ask for and find help for your transformation plan and program and follow through with the suggestions given you by your therapist or a trusted critic.

Read and take notes on what you are reading

Read and take notes on what you are reading for your transformation.  You are and become what you read, write and think about.

Transformation take time

Transformation take time.  Work on your impatience.  Be patient and gentle with yourself and even with others during your transformation.

You will resist change

You will resist change during your process and program of transformation.  Be present and aware of how you are moving away from your goal of transformation and share with others!  Be aware of what you are resisting and do what you need to do to transform anyway.
